The Indian Premier League (IPL) governing council said on Wednesday that the first phase of the tournament’s seventh edition will be played in the UAE from 17th April to 30th April.

The Pepsi Indian Premier League 2015 season, abbreviated as IPL 7 or IPL 2014, will be the sixth season of the Indian Premier League, established by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2007. The tournament Offical Date is not Declered. This will be the second season with PepsiCo as the title sponsor.

IPL 2015 Match Time Table -

Indian Premier League or fondly known as IPL T20 season 8 to be started from 8th April 2015. This year 8th season of T20 match league would be played in India. A total of 60 T20 matches including Final are expected to be held in the entire tournament.

There are 12 venues selected for IPL T20 season 8 and Kolkata will host the final match. Kolkata Knight Riders is the defending champion of IPL season 7 in 2014. Pepsi IPL T20 league is the most awaited tournament in India

Pepsi replaced DLF Ltd as the title sponsor starting with the 2015 season. DLF did not renew their contract after their initial five-year contract, for 250 crore, ended with the previous season. It was speculated that their choice was attributed to the slump in the real estate market and the decline in the IPL's television ratings over the previous two years. Pepsi's contract is 396.8 crore for five years, ending with the 2017 season.
