After had a pique with a few contestants on season 7, Salman had given out several hints saying he might not be anchor Bigg Boss Season 8. After that supposed names Ranbir Kapoor and Akshay Kumar were the choices for the hosting Bigg Boss 8. But now it is confirmed that Salman Khan will host the Bigg boss season one more time.

Salman Khan has been the host of the show Bigg Boss since Bigg Boss 4 and is continuing to be its part. He is very successful at hosting this show. As per news, this time Salman Khan would be getting approx. 5-6 crore per week for hosting.

The recently launched trailers are showing Salman Khan in the appearance of the pilot. So it is said that the show theme is of an aircraft. In one trailer he is walking on an aircraft and then interacting with viewers in his comic way. Salman Khan is looking dapper in the look of the navy person or pilot.
