Gujarati Food Kachori - List of Kachori Types and Making Details

Ingredients
Flour maida, Salt, Water, Green Peas, boiled and smashed, Red chili powder, Sugar, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and Vegetable Oil
How to Make Kachori
Now heat oil in a pan and add the boiled and smashed green peas in it. Add salt, sugar, red chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix a very well. Fry in medium heat for a few minutes till the pea mixture becomes a little dry.
Add all flour and salt in a bowl. Add 1 tsp oil in it and mix fine. Now add the water and mix well to make soft dough. Now make 7 to 11 small balls from this dough. Take these small flour balls and make small bowl shapes pressing the sides of all balls. Now take 1 tsp of green pea mix and seal the bowl carefully.
Now gently roll the preserved balls to make small round shaped chapattis. Don’t Press hardly. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris until both sides are fair brown. The Gujarati kachoris will automatically puff. Fry then in medium heat.
