5S & Kaizen Awareness Program at RedCross Auditorium Rajkot on 5 April 2015

The objective of this Program on awareness of 5S and Kaizen seminar is to make aware everyone regarding 5S’s unique & best technique which is most useful in this competitive edge. The benefits of Kaizen include the participation of all collaborators in improving and transforming (evolving) the organization in small, every day, incremental steps that do not lose effectiveness over time.

5S is a very important theory for managing any organization in proper manner from Japan. Kaizen theory is first applied by Toyota. 5S and Kaizen awareness program will be held on 5th April 2015 at Redcross Auditorium from 3 to 7 pm.

Jayen Kotecha, Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) is having 16 years of multi-functional experience.

He has personal hands-on experience in the area of Quality Management System, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, SAP and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Jayen is leading the management team at Perfext Consulting Group, Rajkot, with the mission to serve small and medium business clients that are in need of operation excellence and business strategy services. Earlier, he had senior position in auto component manufacturing industries (Bhavani Industries, Mahindra Gears), Composite Industries (EPP Composites) and agriculture implement manufacturing industry (Tirth Agro) at Rajkot.

Jayen is a trainer for various management tools and techniques.
